產品描述:小鼠血管緊張素1-7(Ang1-7)酶聯免疫試劑盒(CSB-E13763m)為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒,定量檢測血清、血漿、組織培養上清液、組織勻漿樣本中的Ang1-7含量。Ang1-7是有研究價值的靶點。它在心血管、腎臟等多個系統發揮作用,具有舒張血管、抗增殖、抗炎等效應。研究機制方面,主要通過與Mas受體結合,激活下游信號通路,調節細胞功能,改善器官病理生理狀態。試劑盒檢測范圍為6.25 pg/mL-400 pg/mL,適用于實驗室對小鼠疾病模型中Ang1-7的動態監測,如高血壓、心肌肥厚、腎臟損傷等研究的生物標志物分析,或體外藥物篩選實驗中細胞因子分泌水平的定量評估。Ang1-7水平變化常被用于心血管疾病模型研究、代謝綜合征機制探索及藥物干預效果評估。本品僅用于科研,不用于臨床診斷,產品具體參數及操作步驟詳見產品說明書。
