KCNQ3
KCNQ3，即鉀電壓門控通道亞家族Q成員3，別名Kv7.3、KCNQ2-like protein、KCNQ3 potassium channel等。KCNQ3基因位于人類3號染色體上，編碼的蛋白質屬于電壓門控鉀離子通道家族成員。KCNQ3的作用機制是通過形成鉀離子通道，調節鉀離子的流動，從而控制細胞膜電位，維持神經元的興奮性。在神經系統中，KCNQ3與KCNQ2或KCNQ5等亞單位形成異源四聚體，構成M型鉀通道，參與調節神經元的靜息膜電位和動作電位的復極化過程。KCNQ3功能異常與多種神經系統疾病相關，如癲癇、神經性疼痛等。此外，KCNQ3的表達和功能也與腫瘤的發生發展有關，是研究和治療相關疾病的潛在靶點。
