Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20℃/-80℃. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

功能：

Toxic component of a type IV toxin-antitoxin (TA) system. Acts as a dual toxin inhibitor that blocks cell division and cell elongation in genetically separable interactions with FtsZ and MreB. Overexpression results in inhibition of growth in liquid cultures. Overexpression leads to formation of lemon-shaped cells; inactivated by overexpression of cognate antitoxin YfjZ but not when the 2 genes are coexpressed from the same plasmid. Also neutralized by overexpression of non-cognate antitoxins YafW and CbeA.
