Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

If you need the C-Terminal his tag, we can try this tag preferentially, there isn't any extra charges for tag removal.
But as we haven't expressed this protein with C-Terminal his tag before, so it's not 100% guaranteed.
