緩沖液：

If the delivery form is liquid, the default storage buffer is Tris/PBS-based buffer, 5%-50% glycerol. If the delivery form is lyophilized powder, the buffer before lyophilization is Tris/PBS-based buffer, 6% Trehalose, pH 8.0.
復溶：

We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20℃/-80℃. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

The VP7 protein is one of the five proteins (with VP1, VP3, VP4, and VP6) which form the inner capsid of the virus.

1. The recombinant-VP7 (r-VP7) antigen when adsorbed at a concentration of 150ng/well was found to be optimum to appreciate the competition between test serum and anti-core antibody. PMID: 28111083
2. We selected, using H-2(b)-binding predictive algorithms, 3 major histocompatibility complex (MHC)-class II-binding peptides and 7 MHC-class I binding peptides from the BTV-8 core protein VP7, as potential T cell epitopes. PMID: 21807057
3. The sequence analysis revealed that there was 93-97% nucleotide sequence identity in VP7 gene of three different Indian serotypes of BTV. The VP7 gene sequences of Indian isolates have comparatively less sequence homology (< 80%)with other serotypes. PMID: 17286046
