What is the standard? Fructosamines are compounds that result from glycation reactions between a sugar (such as fructose or glucose) and a primary amine.
How does this kit measure every type of fructosamine since many different proteins can be modified in this way?

The standard in the kit is modified NS0-derived recombinant protein.
As you mentioned: Fructosamines are compounds that result from glycation reactions between a sugar (such as fructose or glucose) and a primary amine. We have screened out specific raw materials of antibodies( mouse monoclonal antibody and goat polyclonal antibody). In theory, if the type of fructosamine has the antibody's specific recognition sites, then it can be detected out.
