Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): CV%<15%
Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV%<15%
Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess.
線性度:
To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of human 6HMS in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

These standard curves are provided for demonstration only. A standard curve should be generated for each set of samples assayed.
I would like to know if you recommend using lysis buffer in order to remove the blood from the tissue when running the 6-hydroxymelatonin ELISA KIT in tissue. Our specimens are largely supplied by blood what could mask results.
A:
Thanks for your information. So sorry that we have no experience on using lysis buffer remove the blood from the tissue. Anyway,if it helps,we are glad to recommend to you our sample method on tissue stated it as in the manual"100mg tissue was rinsed with 1X PBS, homogenized in 1 ml of 1X PBS and stored overnight at -20°C" And if you worry the blood effect, pls use PBS to wash the sample longer.
